Suggestions for improvement
- Better pay raises for the workers that deserve it . Better Christmas bonus Not give a managers bonuses when they are not worthy of it Provide workers with what they need to properly do their jobs Don’t allow managers to hold back a employee to further themselves in the company
What I like about the company
Corporate office in Michigan promotes a diverse, hostile free, sexual harassment free work inviroment . They appear to want to do good things for their employees and provide us with what we need to be able to properly do our jobs. They appear to want us to move forward in our company and give us opportunities to do so . However, not all management / regional managers for their “ many” locations appear to be on board with that. If you report a manager for a wrong , you will be met with hostility . Managers cut back to save money so they can receive bonuses. Yet employees only get a small bonus ( under $100) at Christasmas time. The workers are the ones making the money for the company , while the managers sit around all day eating Bon Bons. Corporate wants quarterly proformence reviews which are redundant to say the least and a person is not allowed to receive 5 stars on their reviews even though we give 5 star proformence . These reviews determines our yearly pay raise . It is wrong not to allow a worker to receive 5 stars when they deserve 5 stars and a shame to relieve a 34 cent raise each year ! Not when the corporation makes millions or billions !
