Suggestions for improvement
- Better pay, genuine concern for employees, compssion
Immediate supervisors were very receptive to new , but the management above them were very impersonal and not open new ideas from employees.
I felt that as an employee working in the field that we were not always updated on major changes as we should have been since we worked directly with the public.
This would only depend on weather you agree totally with upper management and never ask questions why things were being done the way they were. Don't ruffle any feathers of upper management if you want to advance in the company.
