Age discrimination against employees over age 50 took place
Attitude towards older colleagues
No appreciation for mature/experienced employees
lost job due to restructuring
Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management needs to be fair & honest with all employees.
What I dislike about the company
Hard workers were not fairly compensated. Positions filled without posting internally or externally. Lied to employees about why they were being laid off. Favoritism instead of expertise was criteria for promoting from within.
