Too many egos getting in the way of profitablity and progress.

Only worried about immediate profitability and not long term sustainability.
Does not listen to team members or give credit to team members who help solve problems.
Freedom to work independently
Wants you in your chair at desk even though your job is not desktop based.
Does not want open communication in order to maintain plausible deniability.
Very heavy on male leadership.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Good ol boy type network.
Only allows approved educational activities and no other personal development opportunities, activities or education.
Overall compensation for your work
Not based on performance or experience only title.
Office / Work Environment
High stress, high frustration due to poor management and turnover.
Does not consider environment a priority.
Over work salaried employees, sets unrealistic expectations. Cuts hourly employees first or limits hourly employee promotion opportunities.
Known as the cheap guys, when bidding projects.
At will employer, if you question authority or try to stand up for employee mistreatment, they will find a way to get rid of you.
Most facilities are not accessible.
Does not commit to quality personnel or programs, does not want employees to "rock the boat".
Challenging because of lack of management or financial support.
