Suggestions for improvement
- Change management from top down. Get rid of union so that team environment can be created. Change service area software to current era. Example be able to greet customer with tablet to perform check in. Create documentation for new employees to be able to reference. Training for new employees. Example one on one instead of parking a new employee in front of a computer and say ask your coworkers when you have a question. Install a scheduling system for service and repair that works.
