There is a huge feeling that the company doesn’t really know what direction to go. Management is very demoralizing to staff.
Support from management
No real support. People are fired for voicing opinions that counter management.
Within departments, teamwork is good. But many teams, like sales, refuse to partner with other areas.
Freedom to work independently
Major micromanaging going on, especially in non development areas.
Communication is poor. Major changes are communicated after the fact even to people who should be decision makers.
Check out the C-Suite and VP lineup. All middle aged men, mostly white. Only female exec was pushed out and is now back only due to a merger.
Terrible career pathing. Promotions given to people without objective qualifications.
Overall compensation for your work
Well under industry averages for most employees. Poor raises most years.
Office / Work Environment
New office has tons of issues. Bathrooms constantly reek, work in spaces are either under 70 degrees or pushing 80 degrees.
No real environmental initiatives.
Staff heads been cut dramatically while workload increases. Management believes in the quality of hours worked not quality.
Customers find the company difficult to work with, industry metrics frequently poor.
Several layoffs and reorganization’s in the past three years alone.
Office space so it’s pretty safe.
Depends on the department. But most people help back in roles well after the challenge is gone.

Decent hiring across races.
Suggestions for improvement
- Major change needed. Allow parent company to come in and clear house, then hire experts to promote diversity and create viable business plans.
