Suggestions for improvement
- Better communication and input to be allowed from the employees. Micromanaging people is NEVER the answer or scaring them. Do NOT tell people there is an opportunity when you hire TOO MANY people.
What I like about the company
Some of the people I worked with and the inventory of cars/trucks
What I dislike about the company
There were things presented to me that did not measure up. I worked in sales and was told there was a great opportunity. Proved otherwise as there were 28 other sales people jumping on anyone who came to the dealership. Work hours were very long. It was VERY difficult getting foot traffic in to the dealership by other means such as the internet. If you do not have a warm market this job is not for you. I felt that alot of times I didn't get input on things or answers on improving. VERY cut throat amongst the salespeople
