No, Superintendents will work 12hr days 7 days a week and no compensation.
There are several women in Upper management and Vice President.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Yes they hire older people and do not discriminate against age.
There is no training of any type. Sink or swim and I have seem them hire people for a 1-3 weeks then fire. Watched about 4 superintendents get fired on 1 project.
Overall compensation for your work
Excellent will pay for all heath insurance if you make it past their probation period. AWSOME Insurance.
Office / Work Environment
Given a tablet and no training.
No they will deny vacation under tight deadlines and not pay for lost vacation time.
NO. They hire superintendents for 1 job then lay off till they find another project, but by that time they have already hired another for the project.
NO, you can notify the safety director and he will tell you to look away. They are more concerned with production than safety.
Yes they have some really good clients, and build some really nice buildings.

What I dislike about the company
They hire and fire superintendents as a per job basis and will require you to work 7 days a week 12hrs a day. Require you to have your own tools and if damaged will not replace.
