No open door policy what so ever-names always mentioned when it comes to a situation. No closed door policies of any kind.
One procedure one day to one person, to another employee it's a different story.
This is the biggest joke ever! If you're the "favorite" you can do or say whatever you want.
Attitude towards older colleagues
People always talking and making fun of others. Even the owners get in on it.
Overall compensation for your work
Not too bad.
Suggestions for improvement
- They need a manager to take charge and teach everyone the same process. Also, a manager is needed to take away the pettiness.
What I like about the company
You get insurance and paid vacation.
What I dislike about the company
Too much to say. It's sad that employees are treated the way they are. No appreciation for the hard work. You can have a vacation day planned for months and they can reschedule it with a few days notice. They hold it against you if you say no.
You never know what time you're getting out of work.. Could be there for only a few hours during the slow time, or, you can get stuck there until 7:00 p.m. when starting at 7:30 a.m.
