They were very helpful to me throughout my employment there, and the workers were very kind and personable.
From my experience, yes. However, I was only with the company for a short time and worked independently most of the time, so I didn’t get to see more of this part of company culture.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I assume so, although again, I didn’t work there long enough to see whether or not this is true.
I didn’t see any real opportunity for growth or even getting a raise in my position there.
Office / Work Environment
Depends on the location I am assigned to.
No idea. I’m taking a guess.
Depends on the location assignment, but as I am not disabled, I don’t feel I can truly speak to this as I haven’t had to experience how they or any other company would respond
Depends on the location I am assigned to, however, I believe they would respond quickly if I were to contact the company about feeling unsafe in my location.
Suggestions for improvement
- Provide opportunities for growth and increased pay for therapists, provide therapy managers or mentors within the company itself (not just depending on ones in assigned locations) for improved support for therapists - especially if ethical concerns/challenges arise at their locations.
What I like about the company
Friendly staff, supportive company, and I enjoyed getting a lot of freedom and independence with my position. I never felt micromanaged.
What I dislike about the company
There’s not a lot of opportunity for growth for therapists in the company - I didn’t see much opportunity for my pay to increase over time. It would be good to have therapy managers, as well, to help support therapy staff with specific needs.
