Suggestions for improvement
- Everything is working out great and smoothly.
Communication is lack luster
Colleagues have to work well together but it is a doggie dog world.
Production probably is
Ever hear of Chinese telephone?
Upper management is predominately males
Get them out the door and hire younger cheaper
No such thing
The company was not the greatest about communications and the proverbial rumor mill was always churning. This creates conflict and hostility.
Micro managing and waiting to the last minute to delegate projects to other people does not work.
For the most part our group did work well in the beginning. As people leave, moral diminishes and people worry about their own circle and disregard the overall goal.
