There is no fairness. There is not trust. I once caught my supervisor going through my desk and purse. When this was relayed to my Clerk, I was told that I couldn't be right about that. Nothing was ever done.

There are no goals set. You are given a set of tasks to do and not allowed to advance your knowledge and training for new tasks are limited.
You are given your tasks, expected to complete them perfectly as well as help anyone else. Receiving help with your tasks, if you fall behind from other personnel does not happen. When I went on vacation, I was told that all my work would be waiting for me when I returned. And, it was. No one else picked up the work I was required to do, even after being gone for a week.
