What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
It's a nightmare, starting at the top. There are no boundaries - employees are asked to perform tasks that are not part of their job or in their area of expertise, often at the expense of their normal duties. The company is in complete disarray and they have to fix very basic problems like communication both internally and consumer-facing. The pay is awful, especially for how much they ask of you. Health insurance is prohibitively expensive and the company does not pay any part of it for you. No retirement fund options at all. There is also a big language problem. The company is based in Brazil so unless you speak Portuguese, you'll have significant trouble interacting with the home office.
