Co-workers are not trustworthy, floor manager is scandalous, upper management only walks around and yells.
Thats funny...i believe management policy about support was "out of sight, out of mind".
There is no teamwork, only vindictive, hatefull, backstabbing co-workers trying to remain employed.
Working independently was expected, so management could yell at people when they mess up, or don't do enough work, or if you wear shoes they don't like to(really!!), and so they could blame things on floor workers.
