Support from management
The manager would barely come around and never made time. He was always "busy" or overwhelmed when it came to follow up with clinic.
It's a very call clinic itself so everyone knows everything. It's not professional at all, they hire student who pull out their laptop and homework during work hours. Not mature enough to work with.
Office / Work Environment
The clinic is always having turnovers. No one stays for long term, most cases there is only one person per position and always shortage on staffing. Managers work very slowly to properly staff clinic.
We had a verbally abusive parent that walked in and threatened the clinic provider because she was not providing the care he wanted. He cursed at everyone and made threats, management was called but he never showed up. We all were terrified and the manager couldn't even come down and check on the clinic. Lack of care.
Suggestions for improvement
- Change management, change location and invest in a bigger clinic for patient and staff safety. Hire more compassionate employees.
What I like about the company
The relationships I made with parents and patients, they all are like family.
What I dislike about the company
Management, lack of support, low pay and reviews never completed on time ever.
