- It starts at the top (board of directors and executives). Allow their exit and put reasonable and prudent leadership in which have a vision and the guts to see it through or change it to meet the vision as business climates evolve.
I like about the employer
Poor leadership in all economical climates, indecision, lack of leadership from board and executive leadership through line management. Poor execution of plans, indecision and lack of financial discipline as seen in stock price. The return to stockholders was not a priority and that includes the employee who was forced to take retirement savings contributions in the form of company stock.
