Support from management
I never had any problems with anyone, but if I had a question about my job or a project, they always assisted me.
Not everyone was a team player. There were certain people who weren't very helpful.
Freedom to work independently
The workload wasn't fairly distributed in my eyes. I felt certain supervisors felt that they didn't need to do anything and pawned their work off onto their team unbeknownst to upper management I'm sure.
Overall compensation for your work
This is a double edged sword, while we were given a temporary paycut, it's still in place several years later, however they've been more than generous to me and for that I'm eternally grateful. There aren't many employers out there like them.
For me it was good, for others I know it wasn't.

What I like about the company
I truly believe that I hit the jackpot when I got the temp position at Swiss. Everyone was kind and friendly, they hired me permanently a year later. They're a very supportive group of people, we're almost like a family. I've made lifelong friends there. We lost a couple colleagues due to illness and I think that just brought us closer. I've been blessed to have worked for such a great company. They take care of their people. I'm sure other people may not agree, but this is MY experience with the company.
What I dislike about the company
There were slow periods when there was nothing to do and there's only so much reorganization you can do of files etc.
