Everyone below the executive team is looking for another job or coasting until retirement.
Support from management
Other than reminding everyone that they are management they don't do much
Professional level of "punting" work to literally anyone else. No accountability.
Freedom to work independently
Micromanaged by people who penalize you for delays in the process
Official communications are great. Actual communication about company direction, culture, goals, or even new hires (in an HQ of 45 people) is non-existent.
Leadership is male-heavy. Actual workers are more female.
Overworked, understaffed. Not enough resources for the work. Mom-and-pop approach to business demands that keep growing without investing in the resources to support that growth
Inclusive / Diverse
Outside of HQ staff is very diverse. Inside HQ it is not. Outside the US it is non-existent.
Suggestions for improvement
- Replace executives, starting with the very top. Have more executive involvement with sites other than photo ops.
What I like about the company
They pay on time.
What I dislike about the company
Outdated mentality toward business and how to treat people.
