Career Development

This is a unionized company and as such, the few full time positions go to those with senority.

Job Security

The amount of workers they have depends on how many flights they serve. If they lose a flight (in other words, lose the contract to another company), they let go of some workers.

Workplace Safety

Accidents that happen arepartly due to insuffient company training, and partly due to employee attitudes.
