You don't get to know your team very well, phones are always busy.
Suggestions for improvement
- To offer pay raises to employees that meet their quotas. Offer some paid vacation time.
I like about the employer
Some flexibility with hours, two weeks notice unlimited vacation time but no pay. Work from home.
