Suggestions for improvement
- Pay a more fair wage, don't drop the wage for prep time. When teachers are asked to complete a training quickly to accommodate needs, pay them for accomplishing that. Don't wait until the next pay period.

Only paid for 2 hours of initial 8 hours training time. Paid training wage for entire first month of work, no review given as stipulated in handbook. Wage dropped to $10 per hour for prep time which discourages proper preparation for teaching. New wage for training not implemented until next pay period even though new subjects were being taught.
