Suggestions for improvement
- This is an entrenched mentality/way of doing business. Not sure how to change it. I would just steer clear of them.
What I like about the company
I was able to work remotely after Synchronoss acquired the company that I was working for.
What I dislike about the company
Synchronoss seemed to be motivated more for profit than for concern for customers or employees or customers. Bottom line deficits were improved by letting employees go and cutting back on services that were contracted for.
