Suggestions for improvement
- Allow employees to decide whether or not they wanted to work overtime. Bring equipment up to DOT and OSHA standards. There is no reason to be operating on faulty equipment. Hire from within with upper management and make sure that employees are heard.
I like about the employer
They were there when I was on sick leave for nearly a year, short term life insurance was great. The benefits and pay were great here. Most of the management team was nice to work. They didn't put up with harassment and would be sure to take care of the problem.
