Never there to help!
Never felt like part of the main company.
Never offered training funds that client paid for during career with Syncroness.
Leadership doesn't do anything about talking with customers about unbalanced workload.
More interested in keeping customers happy and not employee.
Worked for a very long time with this company and laid off on a Thursday and no benefits Monday.
