Suggestions for improvement
- Do your homework before hiring management personnel, stop firing good people, and invest a bit more into your company. Getting bonus checks with $0.00 printed on them is simply insulting.
What I like about the company
Quality product in a niche market.
What I dislike about the company
Built on a good ol' boys club mentality and churns through employees depending on the economic climate. Employees work hard to deliver a consistent product with little to no standards, procedures, or even guidelines from a manufacturing standpoint. There is little to no communication on important matters by management and it's all about who you know, not what you're capable of. Company-wide meetings hardly ever occur, upper level staff is often absent on trips and whatnot, and hourly employees are punished for thinking outside the box.
