Suggestions for improvement
- As the company grows, a structure must be put in place to better manage the BD process. Support to customers is usually excellent, but those are overhead are left floundering much of the time.
I like about the employer
They took a shot on me when no one else would and I enjoyed learning business development there.
I dislike about the employer
No autonomy at all, even when you are told you have it. Also, no clear lines of authority, besides that the owner is boss.
