I was a contractor for their review site in Chicago. It was a doc review factory. Tiny work spaces, whispers discouraged and sometimes disciplined as their paper thin "walls" - which were really room dividers - had almost an amplification effect. No personal laptops allowed on the premises, so if you were going somewhere afterwards your were SOL as no lockers were also available. They did have a separate lounge of laptops you could use on breaks, as you were not supposed to even check email on your phones in the review rooms. No OT available on my project but at least I had an almost 12 hour window to work as long as I got my 40hrs in during the week.
Suggestions for improvement
- There are people working for you, not robots. Lockers for laptops should be available - even if for small daily rent - as many people have places to go and in Chicago, few live close to work.
