The Department in which I worked had management issues and no clear directions.
Suggestions for improvement
- Company need to pay more attention as to how management treat their employees. Also, when they hire temp employees they do not need to keep them in the dark as to rather or not they will have a job once contract ends and if it is to end, management should alert that employee before so employee will know if they need to look for another job and not terminate contract immediately same day contract ends which is a low-down way to treat anyone.
