Upper management never asked about anything.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Co workers took good care of my age. So did my immediate Sup. But not Manager.
No learning was in facility and no encouragement to go to school.
Worked with half broken computers and work benches
No appreciation for monthly good productivity
Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management should reach out to production worker, in absence of immediate Manager and ask 1) how is your pay. 2) Does your boss pat you on your back for meeting target. 3) since we work in cold freezing condition can we provide you with head cover etc.
