Employees are left put if the decision-making process more times than not.

- More open communication. Regular pay raises even if tied to performance.

The intrinsic value in helping the clients with lifeskills.
I dislike about the employer
Synod does not show respect ward their employees. They change policies without giving adequate not u ce. Many times changes are made known to employees in an untimely manner.
