There are some things that are nice, but for the most part workers don't care that much and are not driven towards common goals. Nepotism is rampant and seemingly the only path towards advancement which does not help.
Support from Management
They don't believe in deadlines and expect 45 hour work weeks but have little concept of the time things take and change priorities nearly daily.
Nearly all positions are solo effort based.
