Suggestions for improvement
- Better communication. Follow through on commitments. Become proactive instead of reactive. Planning and execution seems to be lacking when new projects are received and any communication with clients seems to be one sided. If they want to provide better services or quality, then they have to have some liberty (inside of the law) to be able to handle items as they see fit.
What I like about the company
On occasion the teams get to take lunches together and paid by the company. Also, lately there have been competitions for everyone to participate in receiving rewards such as time off or company swag by hitting their goal.
