Very low over all moral due to cuts in pay and benefits. There is an overall culture of not caring about the employee
Support from Management
Too much focus on reports and technology. Ignores relationships.
Not what is once was. Too much focus elsewhere
Level of Autonomy
At one time was the strong point of the organization. Shifted to core management losing most autonomy.
Invested large amounts of money and other resources into salesforce.com/360 and yet phone calls still work much better and don't cost as much.
