- Consistent salary policy which includes increases when performance warrants.
I like about the employer
After 7 years with them I always received 4 out of 5 on all of my annual reviews.
I dislike about the employer
After seven years I had only received less than 5 percent in increases in pay in spite of above average performance. They make a certain point of salary and do not give increases to those employees that have that salary or above. This meant that 4 of my seven years there was no increase in salary.
