Some in management have no feedback unless you are doing something wrong, and those are the key points during reviews
Support from management
Management does not listen to FE's who provide the service of the company.
Employees are generally helpful, but departments are isolated, discouraging inter-department communication
Freedom to work independently
No Comment, no unfair distribution
Vague emails sent company-wide about success, but never any specifics on changes
Attitude towards older colleagues
Employees tend to be hired equally regardless of age
Mostly internal training, difficult to change departments or move up, as there is little opportunity
Overall compensation for your work
A lot of workers are underpaid, health insurance was recently butchered, and raises (normally nonexistent) are insulting. Can vary by department
Office / Work Environment
Working environments are appropriate
They are e-certified and recycle electronic scrap.
Varies between areas based on management. Some FE's are overworked because they are understaffed and your job is expected to come first
Depending on what group you talk to, but major departments such as procurement and field engineers/support have negative views of the company.
Some workers could be naive, but most at the company from the start see major changes that are hurting the company and bringing it down. Basically riding it out until the company fails
Inclusive / Diverse
Management tends to discourage opinions from employees, especially if they disagree with their own. They want a "Yes-Man"
