The company lacked structure completely. The company created a toxic work environment lacking trust and fairness. Staff was often berated and talked about among certain principles.
Support from Management
Leadership lacked severely. Targets were unrealistic due to lack of structure and organization.
Team work excellent between the principles but did not translate over to the rest of the staff.
