Very divided between privileged and outsider
Support from management
Enjoyed first years of growth and development and management was promising of a good future. I really liked the owner and his ability to take chances to make things happen.
I Never had a problem working with production employees, always promoted team work environment.
Freedom to work independently
I was completely in trusted with company and did my best to be respectful of this privilege
I experienced some issues communicating with management. Hopefully that is improving thru out the company
They have employed women. Mostly for office work, very physical manual labor in shop environment
Attitude towards older colleagues
Only appreciated if your exceptional employee/friend
Always hoped for better opportunity with company.
Overall compensation for your work
Company never compensated properly for skills and accomplishments met. Reduced and then Stopped giving bonuses after years of giving them
Office / Work Environment
Tough environment as it is a hot production facility, always room for improvement.
It just wants to get the job done and not truly concerned with environment or social issues.
Company has set shifts extra hours could be expected.
Most opportunities are entry level positions, laborer/helper.
Good opportunity for a few years then stagnant and discouraging. Had high hopes of staying for my career.
Hazardous job, requires being aware of dangerous condition thru out facility. Basic safety equipment and training offered.
I was proud of the work I did and enjoyed helping a company grow. Produced quality product.
Inclusive / Diverse
decisions and policies made by management
