If you're young and boisterous they like you!
If you're older & a little cynical you get fired!

Job Security

I got fired after I went all the way thru their 3 week training program because they didn't like my presentation!

Challenging Work

It was so challenging that I felt over-whelmed!

Suggestions for improvement

What I like about the company

Absolutely nothing!

What I dislike about the company

They over-whelm you with details for 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week for 3 weeks then expect you to "have it all together" on the sales floor!

Suggestions for improvement

  • For employees, leadership needs better development programs. Additionally, leaders need recognition, more opportunities to change schedules and teams. It needs to be an easier process to separate people from the company who should not be there. And we need a neutral third party investigation monthly or weekly to see any HR issues that are happening and not being addressed. These investigations should be during a surprise visit and with random members of leadership and representatives anonymously interviewed to determine what is actually happening that may not be acceptable, but that local HR wobt address because they’re too involved.

What I like about the company

They try to be inclusive but we will never live in a world free of bias and corporate politics.

What I dislike about the company

The lack of alignment between our call centers is very poor. It is frustrating to see other call centers within the company getting better treatment than ours. There is also a terrible gap between retail and customer care.
