Support from Management
District Managers do not support their sales managers. They tend to "blame" vs. "encourage"
Depends on who you work with. Some employees like to help you out, others won't give you the time of day.
Level of Autonomy
Very mixed. Constantly changing, many employees are confused, especially when it comes to new promotions and "older" accounts.
