- Get involved in your frontline including your store managers and really listen to their concerns.
What I like about the company
A passionate CEO who appears to want to do the right thing in order to grow a successful yet ethical and morally right busines.
What I dislike about the company
Revenue per hour and total box conversion as well as leaderboard rank. It may get you short term results however the overall customer experience is severely impacted and will start hurting your long term sustained results. Take a hard look at some of the practices directed and executed within the markets in order to drive and attain the revenue per hour and total box conversion. Some of these practices are unethical and not in the best interest of first and foremost our valued customers, your long time loyal and committed employees who want to do the right thing and ultimately your company.
