The company is very employee focused. And that is non exempt employee focused.
Support from Management
Management does not support front line Supervisors. If the hourly employees don't like something that is all that matters.
There is no teamwork. Every Coach is out for themselves so that they can get the better schedule.
Level of Autonomy
The work is ok
Music is played so loud that you need to raise your voice to be heard. Employees can have a hard time hearing their customers.
