Leadership only cares about growth and they continually walk a fine line promoting corrupt practices without directly stating that.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop paying employees at the fore front less. We are growing your company and we are growing it aggressively, pay us more for that. Make work fun. Not a drag like working for att or verizon. Att compensates you much better but tmobile is less stress.
