Managers changed 3 times in the 2 years I was an employee. New managers meant all rules changed and it made several employees uneasy.

Manager cut my hours without reason or warning, and apologized but never brought my hours back to normal levels again - even suggesting I just pick up a second job to make up for the hours cut.
The people I worked with, who all left the store where X was manager, were the one saving grace of my last 3 months there
