no raises in 9 years. Employees are fired for no reason, simply to bring someone else in the manager has worked with before. no loyalty at all. HR is a joke. NO culture. Only half of employees are invited to attend XMAS party.

the company does not give yearly reviews or raises. Employees have not received a raise in 9 yrs.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of top and mid level management. Bring in Management that can recognize talent that can help the company with the culture and moral. Get an HR department that knows the rules and regulations.
