Suggestions for improvement
- Fairer policies on bonus for supervisors, higher pay scale overall, less micromanagement from HR, improved efficiency in finance department.
What I like about the company
My individual workgroup is top notch and very supportive.
What I dislike about the company
Never asking the opinions of the people who do the work is a mistake. approaching other organizations in a domineering manner loses their interest in working together.
