Suggestions for improvement
- New regional managers
They speak a lot about numbers. Mainly the negative.
Very much a "what we say goes!" environment from regional mgmt, even when it makes little to no sense
Communication from the regional to center level is terrible, they make it quite clear we are not a priority. Communication within the center is only slightly better.
Training takes forever. There is hardly any structure, and a wait to train when there shouldn't be. Poor prioritization.
