Suggestions for improvement
- Scheduling based on employee availability. Attendance policy that allows points to roll off during the year. Staff meetings should be done on days the center is closed or online instead of 6am. Each center should have an HR representative present to ensure business practices are fair and ethical.
What I like about the company
There are several opportunities to advance. Good pay and benefits. Company is very innovative and constantly develops new medications.
