Suggestions for improvement
- More chances for non tribal members to make mistakes and keep their jobs. Especially over topics of addiction and mental illness. Tribal members get appeals and a separate system to fight write ups and suspensions. But an active employee with a mental illness that’s not a tribal member is just out of luck.
What I like about the company
They’ve stuck by me in family crisis. And my bosses have personally helped me through financial and personal struggles. They are caring people and I’ve loved my experience here.
What I dislike about the company
The policy on drug tests and employees with addiction or mental illness issues. More help should be offered to rehabilitate the employee who may be struggling. I’d the employee is actively seeking help, treatment or management of an illness, they shouldn’t be suspended and terminated. If they display excellent work ethic, more help and understanding should be implimented.
