There is no trust and only certain employees (favorites) are commended.
Support from Management
supervisors assign tasks with no explanation or supervision. They expect that you will know what to do.
Management is CYA. They will let others take the blame/fall for their mistakes.
Level of Autonomy
The more you make the less you do. Management is always trying to pass their work to whomever they can.
