Support from management
No one in management will take responsibility for anything. They are always blaming others for their decisions.
There is none.
Freedom to work independently
The responsibility usually falls on a few people while others can text, chat, watch videos and not be disciplined.
Yearly feedback is usually 6-9 months late. One time I didn't receive any formal feedback for 2-1/2 years
Attitude towards older colleagues
They push the high wage people out.
There was zero additional training.

One of the decent factors of working here
Nobody enjoys working there. Management never gives you the desire to stay.
They never downsized. They may not have replaced a terminated employee, but never laid anyone off.
They meet ADA requirements
No training, but was safe.
I had to take personal pride in my work. Management never gave any recognition.
Inclusive / Diverse
They didn't promote it, but didn't show discrimination either.
Suggestions for improvement
- All of the management needs to be replaced.
What I like about the company
Nothing worth noting, it was a job.
What I dislike about the company
Management is very condescending and passive aggressive. None of my concerns were ever remotely addressed. There were, and still are, several people that get away with doing nothing.
