Suggestions for improvement
- Clear, fair, comprehensive communication with all employees. Fair and equitable treatment for everyone; NO favoritism should have ever been allowed. Some employees exhibited blatant bullying of others and it was TOLERATED and ignored by top management.
I like about the employer
It was an exciting ride for the 9 1/2 years of growth when I was there.
I dislike about the employer
Management chose to reassign people to other departments periodically, without ever discussing those possible changes with the affected employee.
